Client was provided with, AURA web – based QMS software that facilitates to avoid gaps in compliance, expose ineffective controls and help improvements in process requirements that brings customer satisfaction and new improvement initiative.
Aura provided the client with below given benefits:
- Aura facilitates the Authorized user to know and track the Audit Adherence summary for Audit – Completed Ontime against planned, Audit – Completed with overdue against planned, Audit -Yet to complete against planned, Audit -Cancelled against planned in a graphical manner.
- Enables to track the Process wise Audit Observation summary. Authorized user can track Non conformities (Major NC & Minor NC), Opportunity for Improvements (Oi) against each Processes. Using this data the authorized user will be able to know in which process they need to focus with more attention.
- AURA provides Plan of Action (POA) summary report, which gives a quick snapshot for POA with Current status. Completed POAs -Ontime, Completed POAs- Overdue, Inprogress POAs, Yet to start POAs, Hold POAs, Cancelled POAs in a user friendly manner.
