Client’s requirement was the proposed solution should be able to effectively manage & track Audit Activities such as Audit Observation Report generation, Audit Adherence Summary, NCs tracking against each process, OI Validation processes with key quality management tasks as value added features

• Client was provided with AURA-Web based QMS software that brings organizations-specific quality management system requirements and enables to streamline the quality processes. It Reduces labor-intensive works in quality management related tasks.
• Aura facilitates the QMS User / Authorized user to know & track Audit Adherence Summary such as Audit Completed Ontime, Audit Completed with Overdue, Audit – Yet to complete, Audit – Cancelled against planned Audits.
• The system provides flexibility to track NCs against processes, which gives the visibility to the QMS user / Authorized user to know which process got more deviation and which got less.
• Provide flexibility to track observations NCs & OIs against each audit. Authorized user can validate these OIs as Valid & Invalid. Valid OIs can move to POA by the system automatically.
• In Addition to the above AURA provides Assessment Management, Tasks Management & Dash Board modules to meet extensive Quality Management software requirement needs.
